Refund Policy

1. Wipe Access

Wipe Access is refundable before the wipe’s registration period closes, provided you have not yet received server access. Once registration closes or you have joined the server, Wipe Access is non-refundable except as required by law or at administrator discretion (e.g. the wipe is cancelled).

2. In-Game Items, Kits, Resources, and Dinosaurs

These items are typically delivered automatically shortly after payment. Once an item has been delivered in-game, the purchase is final and non-refundable. If an item fails to deliver due to a system error, contact us for redelivery or a refund.

3. Cosmetics and Supporter Packages

Cosmetic and supporter purchases are non-refundable once granted, except where required by law.

4. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us first may result in suspension from the Service and forfeiture of prize eligibility, in addition to any amounts owed being pursued through normal means.

5. How to Request a Refund

Contact us through Discord or the support email listed in Settings with your order ID. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
