Objective
The eligible tribe controlling a qualifying base at the designated Prize Location at the moment of final inspection wins. There is no requirement to hold the location beforehand — only the final inspection matters.
South-central highlands overlooking the redwood biome — high ground, but exposed on three sides.

No. Only who controls it at the exact moment of final inspection matters.
How is the winner verified?
An administrator inspects the Prize Location in person at the announced time and records the result with screenshots.
